We held our 2023 Christmas lunch at The Pavillion Carrick Hill. From the time we made the booking up until our last guest left the venue, the team at The Pavillion were so accommodating of our requests, including dietary restrictions and audio-visual requirements. Our meal was delightful and included several menu options for our guests. The staff were so friendly and professional, and the view overlooking the city was stunning! We'd like to thank you so much. Nadia and Jess worked tirelessly to make sure our day happened exactly how we imagined it to be. Seeing as the Pavillion was only complete the week before, they pulled every string possible to guarantee our day. The whole team was amazing. The wait staff were extremely friendly, checking in on the bride and groom regularly making sure we had our every need. No one ever had an empty glass, the table service was brilliant. The food was absolutely immaculate, so many compliments from all our guests. The menu had changed from what we had previously asked for but regardless the food was brilliant. The Carrick Hill property is picture perfect for a wedding backdrop, but The Pavilion really elevated the whole wedding experience.

We cannot thank the team at Carrick Hill, The Pavilion, and the Favaro Group enough for making our wedding day absolutely unforgettable! Despite the torrential rain in the morning, the staff worked tirelessly to set up our outdoor wedding in record time, and everything was perfect by the time the ceremony began. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through, and we are forever grateful. The food was nothing short of incredible – every dish was a masterpiece, and all our guests couldn’t stop praising how delicious everything was.
